Chapter 3. How do I describe my willingness?
Hi, I just get back from my last
post. How are you?
I am so excited, what’s new?
Yeah, this post is written in English.
Actually this is my first blog post that used English. For your information, my
decision to use English was not about broadening my blog engagement out there,
it goes on trying new challenge for me besides I am really like English as my
communication hehe.
Here I will give you some
subjective opinion or my point of view as usual. It’s been a week for me that I
am not doing anything well, it doesn’t mean that I am not in my productive time
or anything else but that week was little bit bored. So, 3 days ago, I watched
Youtube staring my admirable actress, Maudy Ayunda, such brilliant women,
clever and so talented she is. And that time, one segment of her Youtube, which
is her answer to a question that stated as follow, “What is one significant
change that you can bring to this world?”, and her answer was so mind blowing
for me. It makes me realized and always motivate me to enjoy every step I do.
Then, I got inspired by her to write a post about it.
Just keep reading if you
interesting about “How do I describe my willingness to inspire others and take
back my motivation on its line?”.
It is hard to just answer a
simple question like that, why? I don’t know exactly, a question which success
to make me thinking in an hour, I just regarded it as a very difficult
question. where is the challenging point? Talking about our idea or our opinion
on something we have never learn it as a subject or just textbook material, it
is more challenging than a question about artificial biotechnology. We rarely
learn about it, how to construct coherent ideas into words, sentences, and make
it clear on an interesting manuscript. Dealing with it, critical thinking is
needed for helping us.
You know, when a question like
that approach me, more or less, it’s quite philosophical question, how to deal
it, the one way that I have been through is, just trying to reflect everything
into my mind, as clear as I can, without fragmenting each sequence. Basically,
I can’t figure out what idea I should offer to be the best answer. It just come
naturally, let our deep mind works without disturbing its flow. So, our brain
will find a way which direct us into critical thinking as we need.
How it works also relate to how
we can find our ways and consequently, someone can be inspired by us. How come?
I think that as far as we can lead ourselves into a proper direction and we
find out which way is more enjoyable for us, you can also call it as passion,
then it easy to inspire others or influence others to do so. It looks like you
got positive aura which other people can clearly feel that you have a such
strong influence. But we are not going to talk about it. What I am trying to
say is finding our passion and way is going to be important step. One week ago,
I got a chance to share my ideas and experiences. A question came to me, “What
is the one that we should change from our majority?”, and my answer is our
mindset. How important is it? I still learn about it actually, and so far, I
understand that, mindset has a huge contribution on how we think, how we
construct our opinion, and dealing with something.
Mindset, self-understanding, and
willingness are major traits that I think give a big factor to have our
motivation back. We have our own motivation, such as life motivation in
example. What is your motivation that make you want to enter bachelor program?
Want to graduate and find a good job and make your parents happy, aren’t you? There
is no wrong motivation at all, but in my opinion somehow we forget our true
motivation that we already set it up. Or just we turn right or left, out from
our track.
I try to break down what is my
true motivation. Thinking about it, and deeply find out, and I got them. Yeah,
I just figured out that my motivation is kind of tree. We have our main stem or
main root. Where primary root is my true motivation, but I also have so many
other motivations that support my true motivation as secondary roots. These motivations
have a power that make my willingness. Let me describe it, I have a true
motivation to show others young people what I have done and what I can do,
instead of showing off my achievement, I just want to show how I can help and
motivate them to get ready and back to their track, which is I can influence my
friend in a closest niche. I can ensure them that they still have a future waiting
for them. And how to get that is just start to step on. Step on your own goal.
I know the biggest obstacle is insecurity. Anxious if what we do is a wrong
way, or we just shy to admit that we still learning or doesn’t have that skill
or competence. It is OK for me, but the one that we should change is our
mindset to start right now. To believe that we have our own capability, we have
our uniqueness.
And lastly, I do believe that
youth has a powerful weapon to change this world into a better place. Even a
small environment near us, we can change it by influence others to do what they
really want, maximize their potential, give them that we still have a chance to
change ourselves and step into it.
